Update on the status of mycotoxin in raw materials destined for the swine feed industry in Latin America

MINERVET S.A. has recently met with representative of the Bolivian company PROVAC SRL with whom maintains commercial links since September 2019. In the meeting, technical information and strategies of business has been exchanged with the aim of incorporate Minervet products as an alternative additives for animal nutrition in the Bolivian market.
In this respect, the process for the registration of the products AISEN and AISEN PLUS has already started and they will be available in Bolivia soon. Both products are part of the mycotoxin binder line. They are elaborated with aluminosilicates and are indicated for poultry, pig, ruminants and fish.
Aisen and Aisen Plus are used at a dose of 0.5 to 1 kg/t in the feed. Its use prevents the negative effect of mycotoxins. They have a broad spectrum of action as they can absorb aflatoxins, ochratoxins, fumonisins, DON and zeralenone, among others.
In addition of the incorporation of these products into the market, both companies have carried out trials in poultry farms where excellent results have been obtained in the improvement of production parameters.
